		<description>Nice one again Sales Cooke.  Your advice is perfect.  Too many companies want to sell their customers what they want to sell and not what they want to buy.  As you pointed out if they would just stop and listen they would be better off.   If more companies took your advice we could get of this economic mess sooner.</description>

		<description>I agree with that. People are not looking to be pitched.  The best sales professionals are consultants.  If a sales person believes in their brand, they really do not have to make a hard sell.  However, that is a completely different topic.</description>
